Jerri, you need to follow the rules set by your surgeon. You are stretching your stomach. Your stomach is healing and if you stuff yourself now you will stretch it more.

Try support groups if there are any in your area, jerri. You also might try broadcasting your post to the forums that get more traffic. This one is fairly small so it gets only so much. You could be topical here, though, and post a healthy menu to get yourself started.
Today's menu:
Pre BF: Tea and 2%
BF: Chobani lemon yogurt
Lunch: Fage yogurt
Dinner: Shrimp, vegetables, glass of wine.
Dessert: Chobani yogurt or SF pudding cup
Well, I never posted yesterday's menu because I was so tired when I got home, I forgot. I had class from 7am to noon, came home and ate lunch and boiled my potatoes for the potato salad I made for a bbq last nite, then went to the pool to exercise, then came home showered, made potato salad and then went to get my toes done. THen came home to go to the BBQ and got home about 10:30 last nite.
B - yogurt
L - brisket sandwich and ranch potatoes
D - chicken leg, 3 oz brisket, 1 oz sausage and a little potato salad
s - sliver of pound cake

Well, had a disaster in the kitchen today. I was transferring some jars of jam to the cabinet and dropped and broke two of them. Had blueberry jam everywhere. So I only got 5 jars. Hope it tastes good.

I have really done myself in this weekend. I don't want to beat myself up too bad over it, but I definitely need to correct the problems. I drank about 8 glasses of wine and a bloody mary yesterday while at a pool party. Also had half a shot of tequila. Yikes!!! Not going to make those things a habit!

+: 2 glasses of Pinto Grigio @ tennis match plus one with dinner (not my best choice but not my worst and I was under calorie goal)

Happy Monday! Yes, a hotlink is similar to a hotdog, but more like sausage. After sleeping most of the day yesterday, I am feeling great! Weighed myself this morning and to my own surprise, I lost 2 pounds over the weekend! I will take it!
