She has grown a lot. So cute. Love puppy.
Awww thanks Lee - what a bundle of cuteness.
I added a hard boiled egg white to my lunch as well.
And what in the world is wrong with me. Pre- sleeve I was not a donut person. I could walk by a box of donuts a dozen times and nothing, wouldn't take a bite, nothing. So one of the gals in my dept brought in donuts this morning. And it's all I've thought about. I've stayed away but its never far from my mind. What is up w/that? It pissing me off to be honest.
Well 45 minutes until I go to the gym and I still want that blasted donut. OMG this is INFREAKINGSANE
Crazy how we focus on something "forbidden" and can't get it out of our minds!! I've been fixated on hot fudge sundae....talk about BAD for you! I'm not going to act on it, but it's been in the back of my mind lurking for a couple days. I did have 1 T. FF coolwhip with a little SF choc syrup on it...lol Just not the same. Once a foodie, always a foodie...just in a smaller size.
Updating for dinner. I had 2 TJ's turkey meatballs and 1/2 of a zucchini stuffed w/ricotta, I am now stuffed.
And I stayed away from the Donut! Still thinking bout it tho. . . .
Gym tonite, 30 minutes on treadmill and about 20-25 w/the trainer, showing me the weight machines. Did I mention he is CUTE?
Yesterday, I handed over my school to a new principal we are training. I will transition into a consultant role for our network of schools, which means I will be able to work from home. It's a bitter sweet insane feeling because even though I wanted this, I'm heartbroken to leave my kids. I think being a principal for 8 years is a part of why I gained so much weight to begin with so I know leaving 12-14 hour days is a good thing, but I'm in a whirlwind of emotion.
Yesterday:
b- shake
l- chicken salad and roast beef
d- shake
Not enough water yesterday.
Today: I don't really know. My niece will be dropped off to me at 8 am as her school was already canceled due to the storm. I'm going to make her brave the grocery store with me to pick up some things for my home in Rhode Island. I find it fascinating that I still overbuy groceries. I'm not comfortable unless my fridge is full which is crazy since I live alone and throw so much away. Obviously this is tied to a food issue. Just need to figure it out.
So now that time is on my side, I have NO EXCUSE not to go to the gym. So here's to some walking, jogging, yoga, zumba... but I will wait til after our blizzard.
Morning everyone, same menu as yesteday, doing well with yogurt days. Have not had chocolate this month. Homemade granola bar makes me satisfied. It will be nice to drop a couple of pounds additional pounds this month to see a new low number.
arghhhh today I start my 3 day set
3 cups of coffee to get started
B- 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon
S- kosher dill pickle...I am SO stuck on these right now
L- couple oz of chicken fajita meat with shredded cheddar
S- maybe another pickle, maybe some peanut butter
D- have a basketball game tonight so maybe some yummy stadium food, blech
Happy Friday everyone!!
becca, is there any possibility you could be pg?
Hope Gayle is doing okay.
Justwander, I know how you feel about your job...I went from very structured teaching (college, mostly at night) to doing consulting gigs and it's a bit unnerving. I tend to have plenty around to eat OR nothing. Feast or famine.
scgal, we humans are perverse!
shrinkinggirl-how's your stomach?
I did...half of my planned menu yesterday. It's like I just can't get myself to go all the way, I just lose interest.
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1 serving potatoes
L: Campbell's Go Moroccan Chicken & Chickpea soup
D: Not sure yet, meat and vegetable of some kind
