Headaches after drinking protien

I am drinking the protien powder and I have headaches always afterwards. Can someone help me with this? Why is this happening? What can I do?

Are they too cold, or drinking to fast?

Honey I cant put it down unless its COLD. should it not be cold? I will have to think about it being to fast.

The only ones i can handle is the Bariatric advantage. They taaste great, but i too can only drink it real cold!!!!! maybe get some unjury chicken broth, its a good protein and you can order it online.

Check the amount. If I try to take more than 40 gms in a drink it gives me a h/a and diarrhea. If I take in around 32 gms several times per day it is fine.

I will do that. I will try to reduce the amount of grams digested at tone time. THANK YOU

Loki......im glad u mentioned that because ive been getting diarrhea lately and didnt know why....since i found Isopure clear 40 grams i drink the whole bottle in a few hrs time .....i had no idea anyone else had this issue.....it must b the protein amount at once! Thx
