4 months out and I haven't lost any weight in three weeks. Why? Because I am putting in my mouth between 1600-1900 calories a day. My fault, bad choices. I beg you to use this blessing of a tool of surgery wisely. Don't eat when you are not hungry. Log everythin?. Keep it under 1400 calories a day. Put you first. Write down your name on your bathroom mirror and put #1 next to it. Keep up the hard work of reinventing yourself into something other than a "foodie". And if you could, say a prayer for me? I will for you. Thin does feel better than fat.
