Hunger!!

So I was hoping that I would be one of those who won't feel hunger. Well.....I'm not! I'm so hungry and it's really pissing me off. I don't want to regret this but why do I feel so hungry?!

It may not actually be hunger. It may be acid. That will happen probably for awhile but will go away in a few weeks. You will get hungry still, but nothing like before.

I wish I could help, I am one of the non hungey ones that has to remember to eat. I jsut wanted to say good luck and this does get better every day! You won't regret this decision!

I'm one of the one's that feel hunger also. When I spoke to my doc about it he said some people have the "honeymoon" phase where they are not hungry but that eventually that goes away for everybody. Drink your fluids and stay busy. I notice that when I'm at work I'm so busy that I rarely feel hunger but when I'm at home I seen to concentrate on feeling that hunger more. My doc, who is very skinny says he's hungry too...it's just the choice to eat or not. Good luck to you.

I am lucky as well, I guess. I have not felt hunger since I had my sleeve done. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and getting your protein.

I am one of the hungry ones too. I figure it is because I can only eat tiny portions, then my stomach is growling again in 2-3 hours. It doesn't bother me though, we are supposed to eat small amounts 4-5 times a day anyway. And, I get full so fast! I think this is the way I have always needed to eat. Small amounts of healthy food, several times a day.
