I found this stuff at GNC called Power Pak Pudding - high protein pudding. Sugar free, low carb.

9 g carbs
30 g protein

I bought chocolate and have vanilla coming on Monday. It has a replaceable lid so you can eat this in two sittings if you want. I split mine with my daughter.

thanks because protein and me have not been getting along..r the shakes suppose to be thick? im trying to get use to it. i wish i could hold my nose and chug it down...sipping this nasty stuff is blowing me away!!!!!!!!! Wasted $$$...i wish i cud just eat fish!!!!!!! but ill try your pudding

I'm with you on this protein mess, most of the one's I've tried, YUCK, YUCK AND MORE YUCK. And I hate the ones that are thick, that's the part that bothered me the most. I finally found one at GNC called Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. I got the strawberry flavored as I was tired of the chocolate boost and never liked the vanilla flavored anything. I just mix this with skim milk, no blender needed in fact I recommend u don't use the blender it tends to make it thicker and frothy, two no's no's for me, lol. Since its milk and your mixing it yourself it's not thick at all to me the same consistency as the milk alone. It gives 23g of protein per scoop, I use up to 2 scoops in a 160z cup and voila 46g of protein for breakfast yeah and if you have another during the day, ur done for the day, yeah even more. I'm afraid to try the pudding it seems everything else people rave about on here I try it and its so not good to me and yes I've wasted alot of money too,

yuck is an under statement. I thought i was just being weird and picky! so ill X the blender....so just stir???? whisk?? or do i need to get one of those shake bottles. ima go broke trying to lose weight! ..i hear everyone talkin about boost..is that the one in the red bottle? right now i have the GNC brand powder, chocolate flavor, and I just can't! I also have the Amplified vanilla flavored..what am i doing wrong..i pray its the blender!!

I have had a very hard time with protein mixes as well so I know what you are all saying. My favorite protein drink is the Syntrax Nectar in fuzzy navel, Caribbean cooler and roadside lemonade. I was nervous about the pudding but tastes like chocolate pudding, plain and simple. Very happy about the find and not wasting my money!!

Oh and I use a shaker cup with the metal ball instead of a blender.

I purchased mine from BJ's Bariatrics. I purchased the sample pack and you choose the flavors you want for the 11 packets. I just bought another 11 packets for on the go and purchased a 2 pound tub of the fuzzy navel.

I have been drinking 2 a day for 100 calories, no carbs, no sugar and 23 g of protein each.

I am with all of you regarding the NASTY THICK protein shakes. When I was able to drink the shakes I found the Pure Protein shakes in a can to have the "thinnest" consistancy. You can go to vitamin shoppe to buy these or some supermarkets have them. Go online and look up Pure Protein. No blender needed... just pop in fridge and when it's cold... open can! I posted a thread today also regarding the Whey Protein Bullets. They are what I am doing because I can not get down anymore shakes and/or Isopures. You should maybe look into these but if you are looking for taste... forget these and stick to the Pure Protein's in a can. The bullets do not taste good but for 2.9oz of fluid..... I except them! I can not do three shakes a day that won't either settle in my stomach or taste nasty. I'm done with wasting money too! I get the frustration! We all will get through this!

I am getting the hint () that after surgery the shake are not testing good anymore. I am a milk drinker and I am getting so many protein grams thanks to mixing protein powder chocolate or whatever flavor to milk. SO far I love it. I like whole food brand.... so good tht I cannot beleive is tasty
So you all can confirm that after surgery things change so dramaticaly and I maybe not able to like the shake no more?

Have you tried the Syntrax Nectar? I suggest chocolate truffle and strawberry mousse. They are quite yummy! If you like lemonade the roadside lemonade is good, too. I don't find them to be thick. I use 12oz of fluid(water or milk).

Bought one of the puddings yesterday but I haven't tried it yet. I will say, I was quite surprised about how much it cost though. They were $4.48 a can.
