Can anyone please share your experiences getting pregnant after gastric sleeve? Do you get the nutrients the baby needs? Is there a chance of stretching the pouch because of pregnancy cravings? I have not had kids yet but hope to in a couple years.

I have no expertise in this area, but I have read on here about others getting preg after the sleeve, stretching it back out again, and gaining the weight back.
My advice to you would be to have the babies first, to ensure the babies' health, then get your sleeve when you no longer plan to get pregnant. When you do have the sleeve, it requires that you pay attention every single day to getting your nutrients & fluids in. I can't imagine having the time to pay the proper attention to this with babies/toddlers/small children. But, that is the way I'm made. You may be different and a better juggler than me LOL!
It seems as though you have 1 shot to make the sleeve work, & I would not risk that 1 chance by getting pregnant. Just my 2 cents. Whatever you chose to do, I wish the best for you.
search the site there are a few ladies that are pregnant either when they got the sleeve, didn't now it, or ended up pregnant right afterwards. I believe the baby's are doing fine and the mommy's are loosing weight while being pregnant.
