Unfortunately I don’t have any secrets to share. I wish I did.
I just try to get as much protein in as I can.
(which is hard considering I hate the protein powders and MOST protein bars, pre-made protein drinks and greek yogurt and I’m sick to death of eggs.)
So, lean meats are my primary protein source.
I still have quite a bit to lose… but I’m amazed at just how much energy I have already and how much better I feel.
As of now… the only exercise I’m doing is walking, but I can see that it’s helping in many ways.
