Can't protein come in pill form? They have pills for everything else.Ok I guess I should add that why can't protein pills come in more than 3 grams of protein per pill. I just assumed that there weren't any protein pills but I found this: http://www.dietdirect.com/chewable-p...pills-145.html Choking down a pill certainly isn't worth between 1-3 grams of protein when we require so much daily.
So many people have problems with protein shakes and drinks. I have finally found one that I just love which is Syntrax Nectar but wow there are so many. When I ask about protein in a pill people just look at me weird. Maybe one day we will get lucky!

I would LOVE a protein pill. Getting enough protein in is still one of my biggest challenges. My surgeon told me that at my current weight I could go down to 40 grams a day, but the bariatric specialist told my friend she needed to be getting 100 in. Tres confusing. :-/
