Yay guys! Lookin' fit and healthy! This thread was a great idea. I'm only 1 month out so I'm not ready for pictures yet.

oh and crazy mom, what is your diet like? How many cals do you think you are eating per day and are you eating certain types of food.
And how about your exercise habits?

Honestly? I have NO idea how many calories I eat in a day. I always say this and it is so true. I can't live like I am on a diet. It mentally messes with me. When I first had the surgery I was tracking everything and it made me subconsciencly want to cheat. So I stopped tracking.
I know there are days when I eat too much (though still no where near what I used to) and there are days I eat almost nothing (because I forget) and days when I eat just right.
I do try to make healthier choices and I found all kinds of fun recipes on Pinterest that I LOVE.
For breakfast it varies on the day because I have never been a morning eat (late night all the way.) So I try to take a baggie of dry cereal or if I am feeling up to it, I will stop and get a breakfast paneni with Egg, Tomato, Cheese and Bacon. I can't really eat the bread, but I do eat half of the other parts of the sandwich before I get full.
For Lunch, I take a frozen health meal or if at home I make a grilled cheese on wheat with Bacon, Tomato and Avocado. I can eat about half of that with the bread.
And dinner I eat what I make for the kiddos, just much less!
I try to drink water and milk all day. I have juice here and there - maybe 6oz a day if that.
I do let myself cheat. I'll have a bite of a brownie or whatever is for dessert, but it is so small - it's like it doesn't even matter.

The only think I really need to work on is my fluid intake.

I was soooooo scared when I had this surgery and I TOTALLLY mourned the loss of food - but gosh was it worth it. I look at pictures of me now and think OMG was I really that big! The male attention is nice too hahahaha Eventhough I have a (awesome, great, my perfect) boyfriend, it feels nice.
