Ok, so I am about 3.5 months out from surgery. I feel great! I lost 20 pre surg, then I have lost an additional 40 since. I track all my food religiously! I have my fitness pal on my phone, and I am obsessed with tracking. My calories are always between 800-1000 (40g fat, 50g carbs, 60-80g protein).
I have had several 'stalls' and I know to expect them, however....I haven't lost anything in about a month, and I'm getting really discouraged. I seem to be a slower loser, and I can handle that, but when the scales don't move at all...whew. I'm a really positive person (the glass is always half full), but this is testing me!
I don't exercise every night, but I have a pretty physical job. I am on my feet and walking out in the oil fields of west TX almost every day. Plus I have a 2yo and a 4yo, so I'm generally very active.
Please tell me this will pass...this month has been torture, and I'm ready to see the scales move again. Does anyone think I need more calories? In the past it seems like if I add some more calories it bumped the stall into gear and I started losing again...and yes, I drink all my water and take my vitamins.
Any thoughts?
