I haven't been on for a while and thought I'd stop by and say Hi! I am doing really good. The first 50lbs just fell off, but then I plateaued big time for 6 weeks. I read the book The Gastric Sleeve, and the Dr. says to lose as much weight as possible within the first year. Knowing this I joined the gym. I was doing hard cardio(running and Zumba) for an hour in the am and an hour in the pm. Suddenly more weight just fell off with all the effort. I am now within 14lbs of my goal! I eat what I want when I'm hungry. Yes, I have an occasional treat. Most of the time I just eat proteins first then maybe some veges. I love this new found freedom with being fit and healthy again.
