To eat or not to eat that is the question?

I'm am not hungry very often but in order to get my nutrients should I eat every 2 hours even if I'm not hungry? I could go a long time between eating.

You should eat every 2-3 hours. To nourish your body and keep your metabolism functioning. Very very important. best of luck/
