ok, i am looking for cereal high in protein. i have heard there is cereal with a lot of protein in it but i can find any. hoping someone here can help because i love love love cold cereal but to many carbs to eat a bowl. please someone help!!!
what do you think is high protein because i looked at the kashi cereal here and at most only had 4g protein and in the teens for carbs. looked for the special K protein (to see how much protein/carbs was in it) and the store i looked in didnt have it, also looked for the specail k protein water without luck. i eat the hot cereal sometimes but really wanting some cold right now! thanks guys and will be going to walmart tomorrow and look for both, hoping they have something!!!
ok went to kashi website and the best one is the original with 9g protein and 30 carbs which that is more then i get most days with all my food. but looked up special k and believe that one would be better with 10g protein and 14 carbs. so far looks like as good as its going to get! think i would be fine if i only eat it here and there and not everyday. believe my walmart carries it along with the water, it has 5g protein and 6carb but also 5g fiber (which i dont get enough of right now).

I like the Special K Protein Plus - I don't know the nutrition info, but the taste is actually pretty good!

I have not tried them, but plan to order soon. I also love cereal :/
I will say that the orginial, strawberry, and maple pecan all had a good review on Amazon.com. Only one though, but no bad reviews.
