Well, I had my one month follow-up on Monday 1/23. I have been dehydrated, but my doctor said it's pretty normal since I'm jumping back into normal life now. He did tell me of course to get in more fluids. He also said I am 10 pounds ahead of schedule. I have lost a total of 48 pounds since 12/12 (my preop diet)/44 pounds on my doctor's scale. He only asked me to lose another 10 pounds this next month. If I don't stall too much, I will probably end up losing more than 10. I get to start "real" food and working out on 2/6...really looking forward to that. This has been a very surprising journey for me thus far because I can't really tell I'm losing anything, but everyone else sees it big time, and I saw it on the scale.
