4 month stall

i am just past my 4 month date and been hovering at the same weight for at least 2 weeks its so frustrating because i barely get anything down and im doin zumba burning major fat im startin to think this is it i had surgery to get to 228 i mean 68 pounds in 4 months is amazing im not complaining but this cant b it would like to hear if any ppl further along hit a long stall abt the 4 month mark its driving me mad how long will it last shd i add protein shakes back in back to liquids help please...

That is alot of weight fast, maybe your body is just readjusting... keep on going, you are doing awesome!

My surgery was 4 days after you and I've had so many stalls I lost count

I've just had about a 2 week stall and the scale moved a pound today.
