Thank you Holliann71. I never thought of that. Did you follow the full liquid diet for 3 weeks? Today I had some awful moments, but I am thrilled with the surgery. I know the next two weeks are going to be some challenges indeed! I am eating the Campbells Tomato soup, but I really do want some Chicken Noodle soup. I will try the puree idea.
The creamy soups were delicious! I loved the cream of chicken with herbs, and the cream of potato, and the cream of broccoli and cheese. Hmmm, maybe I'll go back there and visit those soups again.
Thank you for your help everyone!

I like campbell's soup.
When I was on that phase of the diet I ate everything natural (like freshly cooked) but I understand the convenience of canned food.
If you want to try the canned soups, I would suggest that you look for the low sodium low fat options.
Keep in mind that anything canned is high in sodium and sodium makes you retain water in the body so your weight loss results may be affected.
I actually bought some stage 3 baby foods, in flavors that were appealing to me. I did have to add salt and pepper, but It was soo much better than the soup broth. I also did chicken noodle soup as well. I couldnt stand the sugar free jello, so I opted for the sugar free pudding. It was much better!
Enjoy the cream soups and most other stuff you can
blend if you watch the texture.
You days of liquid calories will pass and believe me,
some of the creamed soups are fond memories.

p.s. You probably are not have that much hunger, just
the strong habit of desire to eat.
