How much 1 week post op?

I am one week out from surgery, and this morning, I actually felt what I would classify as hunger. The good news is, that today I got to have a blenderized meat and veggie soup diluted with water, and OMG was it fantastic after 3 weeks of sugar free jello and crystal light! The good news is that after eating the soup, that 'hungry' feeling went away, and it was very slow going down. I literally had to take half of a baby spoonful at a time. I don't really know how much I should be eating of this full liquid stage though. I seem to remember them saying 4 oz. in 15 minutes-no more. Anyone know if I'm right on this?

Yes you are right, no meal should last longer than 15-20 minutes because when you stay there and time goes by you are able to eat more.
