I am going crazy because I am at 201 and I have been there for 3 weeks now. I am not gaining and I am not loosing. I am not eating more I am exercising more but not loosing nothing. I want to hit that 200 mark and for some reason I can not hit it. Has anyone else done this.

You lost about 100 lbs in about 4 months right? WOW that's a lot, so I think it is normal, you may be going through a phase where your body is adapting. The higher your weight is at the beginning the faster the first few pounds will come off. Talk to your doctor or dietician, they may be able to readjust your eating plan to help you.
