I first want to say that I have been checking out this site for almost a year now and just today (5/21/14) decided its time to start working the site.
I hope you guys can help guide me into the right direction since I am most likely getting my gastric sleeve first or second week of July.
So you guys just give me all the stuff you thing that will help me succeed on this life changing journey that I am soon to be taken.

Welcome to the forum. Just keep reading, everyone has an opinion, but you will quickly learn what works best for you. That might be different than the next guy, but oh well, do what works for you.
