I'm the same as above, once a week, and log the saturday weigh in as my "official" one. Keeps me encouraged and on track for the hi's and lo's.

That is so awesome, not only the weight loss but the reshaping. You're gorgeous!!
Sounds like my meal plan for the first several weeks. How do you feel? Do you have energy?
Tanya, Hi and welcome, best wishes for a wonderful sleeve experience. I'm in San Diego in case you have issues/need anything while here.
Jeff.
Hi, good luck with your sleeve, was best thing I ever did. So, as to support. I was so tired in hospital and when I was awake was walking, so no need for them there. The first several days at home,...
Two days after surgery I started sleeping on my side, hugging a pillow, then slowly moved back onto my stomach over a week. No problems since.
So very sorry for your loss.
I was never in a recliner, just slept with head raised a little while the overnight in hospital.
Good for you. Always so much more reassuring when you hear this way then from one you are with all the time. Super news. Way to go!
I've had a horrible chest cold now for 6 days. I am 5 weeks post-op and my stomach is not tolerating the OTC cold medicines. I have tried liquid, caplets, and capsules. The medicine starts to work...
