Same with me...protein drinks and then I bought protein shots...I would sweat and feel sick and run to restroom....It doesn't do me good at all! So I try to get my protein in with foods-beef jerky...

So i am almost to my surgery date..I plan ahead!!! I got kids settled, house ready, now i need to stock up on what I will need for my liguid days , and my non food days...SO HELP! ANY GOOD...

I decided the sleeve because when i went to support groups,classes met so many people in there that were having sleeve after band because it slipped or just didnt work. I think the sleeve was better...
