Hi! I haven't seen you on here for a while. How have you been since surgery? I hope you are doing great.

Oh my you have had a week. Sorry to hear about your Grandpa, my grandmother is still with me and just turned 97 and I can't imagine what it will be like when she is gone. She is very healthy and still lives by herself so hopefully we will have her several more years. I am down total of 35 since pre-op diet so I am happy with that. I finally get soft and pureed food today. Had 3/4 of an egg for breakfast, it was really good. I worry that I can take in more than alot of people on here say they can. I haven't really had much nausea and liquid wise I can drink normal. I work out of my home so it is harder to not think about food. That will be my challenge. I need to set up a bunch of appts. I guess so I won't be here so much. I haven't gotten in to a routine on the walking yet. Trying to do it everyday bu some days I just can't get it in. I need to make it a routine so that I can get it in everyday. Glad to hear you are doing well with the surgery stuff. Keep in touch. Susan

Hey Sleeve Sister, just checking in on how you are doing and how it was going back to work this week. I have been great except yesterday had more nausea then I have had the entire time. Not sure what's up with that. So I lost all 8 I had gained in surgery and now an additional 6.8 since Tuesday. I love watching the scale go down. Haven't seen that in a long time. Increased my walking today and hope to increase more next week. Let me know how you are doing. Susan

So Glad to hear from you. I am doing great actually. I too had a little shock when I gained from surgery. I knew I probably would but didn't want to. I may be back at starting surgery weight by 1 week I hope. I am amazed it has gone so well for me. I had read what everyone else had been posting and knew it could go either way. I haven't been hungry at all and I am so thankful that part seems to work so far. I can drink anything without a issue so I guess that is ok. Trying to learn the new signals from my new tummy of when full and when I need to put something in it. It is def. a learning process. I am so glad to hear from you and hear you are doing well. Let me know how your experience was and keep me posted on how you are doing. Susan
