Hi every one. I'm down to 165 from 192 starting weight and 176 preop, but I still have completely no energy. So tired all the time. I'm taking all my vitamins, doing my daily walks, keeping up my calorie intake and protein intake. Even upped my water. Have had some diarrhea but I am so tired of being tired. I go back to work next Wed and was hoping to have a few good days with my family before then because I'm sure them 12 hr days are gonna take a lot out of me. Other than the energy thing
Hi I got sleeved here in Fl on the 8th and was wondering how you were doing. I did great, the worst for me was my back pain (chronic back painer here) but once they started the valium, it got much better. Other than that it was the gas pressure/pain in my sternum but mainly my left shoulder. I was up walking the room Wed night and the halls several times Thursday and have just today started passing a bit of gas and belching a bit (not nearly enough though lol) I have had hardly any stomach/incision
Only one more day. After noon tomorrow I can only have clear liquids. I'm so excited and just a tad bit nervous.
