    I survived all the Christmas Goodies and yes I did cheat and have some.. Now to get back on track.. Loved all the comments from family who I haven't seen in along time..

    All these cookies and candy is driving me nuts, so glad when the holiday is over so I can stop looking, smelling all of the sweets.

    Almost 1 month since my sleeve and feel great..weight coming off

    Started my soft diet yesterday and it felt great to eat some soft food. Still have a hard time getting all the water down. But feel great.

    My appointment went great, go back in 3 more weeks. Can't wait until Monday I can start some soft foods.. So very sick of soups..

    Day 6 of post op and feel great, tomorrow is my 1 week checkup with doctor and first time in my life excited about getting on scale.

Super dry fingers

Still having horrible tine with dry skin on my hands mostly on my fingers to the point of cracking and hurts like hell, anyone else having this problem.. Have tried increase of water and every lotion and sava on market..

Oh my gosh my hands are so dry they crack and bleed, any one else having this problem? I have lived in the north almost all my life and this is the first time.

Hello Everyone, well at last my waiting is almost over tomorrow, I check into the University of Iowa Hospital at 6am and surgery is scheduled for 8am, hope to get able to sleep tonight.
