    Ok I have gone to a seminar and consultation. I got a sleep study done & for insurance approval i have to do 6 mths of weight managent. Not really liking the 6mth wait but im sure its for my good. I went to my consultation with my mind set on the gastric but after seeing the Dr. & getting more detail i have decided to do the sleeve. I am so ready for a smaller me I its been a long time coming.

    Hello! The only thing that I did so far is the Seminar going over the types of surgery I have my consult on the 31st of this month.
