Unfortunately, I am extremely lazy by nature, so its going to take alot for me to get my energy back!! I take the stairs alot more at work, simply because I know I should. I still sleep half the day on my days off, but I'm hoping that will change. This food thing just isn't working out for me. I would rather stay on liquids and be done with it. I hate the feeling of being too full..which I get alot because I can't slow down as much as I guess I need to. I went to Wendys and got a single, took all the bread off, and ate the patty, I was so sick, I probably shouldn't have eaten the whole thing, but my speed got the best of me. Oh well, live and learn. I won't be eating fast food for awhile though. The biggest part is still drinking with food. It is Killing Me!!! We will get there though, its a process.

I'm doing ok so far. The first week was brutal. It turned out to be alot harder than I thought it would be. I started eating solid food today, when I should actually start on Wednesday, but I'm just sick of it. I am struggling with not drinking when I eat and also, I am a very fast eater, so it really sucks to have to go so slow. My weightloss is odd, I won't lose anything for like 5 days, then one day it will be 5or 6 pounds, pretty strange..but maybe I shouldn't be on the scale twice a day. I hope everything is going fantastic with you!!! Soft foods aren't quite as exciting as I thought they would be, how about you???
