My 1 year of getting the sleeve is coming up on the 8th and i'm nervous. I have my 1 year doctors appointment and I wanted my weight by this time to be in the 150's at least and I'm at 167, I'm proud of my weight loss so far but I know that if I didn't slack up on the exercising I would properly would have been there or closer. I know i will get there I just have to stay focus.

At the gym right now with the HUBBY working it out, he had the surgery too.

I'm glad to hear that you are sticking to the liquid diet and doing well with it. I had to do the liquid diet for 2 weeks before my surgery and after the surgery by the end I was so tired of protein shakes, but i still drink them. I'm doing fantastic eating well, exercising full of energy and enjoying buying smaller clothes.

Hi! Thank you so much! I can't believe it is next Weds!!!! I am on Day 2 of the liquid diet....headache...but drinking more water, and eating some SF jello right now. At work, so trying not to kill anyone, lol!!!! Mind over matter, and i know the end goal, and I am just going to keep striving! How are you doing? How are you feeling?
