Happy Thanksgiving to all..a little late..sorry Have been quite bust.I made it through with out a problem...did not over eat,had a few of my favorite desserts in moderation.mostly stuck to the sugar free deserts .very proud of my progress.hope you all had the same sucess.much love and if we dont hear from one another have a safe and happy holiday.

Good evening all. Its been awhile since my last post just a little update.Today makes 9 months post -open. Today I feel like I failed to make progress.I have only lost 2 lbs. In 2 months I really feel like a failure.I must admit I slowed down alot with exercising . I was getting alot of muscle cramps and was really over doing it.I had to get realistic with the regime if I was going to maintain this for life.I drink plenty of water and get plenty proteins and lean meats very little to no snacking.exercising every other day now and still no results. I know the plateau thing but still discouraged.However willing to stick with it.just needed to vent. Thanks for listening. WISHING YOU ALL A GREAT WEIGHT LOST SUCCESS. STILL HAVE 4 MONTHS TO MAKE GOAL. 37 POUNDS TO GO.WISH ME LUCK...

Hey Lady! Love the pic! How are you doing? I am still praying the hair loss/thinning will slow down! But doing good, slow and steady weight loss! I can definitely tell in clothes, and walking a lot better. I am also able to fit into some chairs! Thank God! How are you feeling??

I have a question? I a bit personal..Is anyone experiencing extremely low sex drive..I'm 2 months out of surgery and Ann having the worst r experience ever..my husband and I are miserable with a capital M...my husband is very supportive however I'm growing very depressed.I will be speaking to my surgeon..any advice or similar experience please help.

I'm glad to hear you are doing great... I am also sorry to hear about the anxiety :-( I hope it passes soon as well, and I hope you have consulted with your doctor maybe they could ease your mind bit. Hang in there you are doing really well ;-)

Hey I'm doing great! Exercise is so fun now that it's a way of life, but I'm having a hard time slowing down when I eat. Glad your doing well too!

Hey there girl! I am doing pretty good. I am still learning how to eat and drink smaller portions. I find myself still wanting to chug water down like a horse but that chest pain instantly stops that. I have found a crazy love for popsicles and it seems thats the ONLY thing that is truly satisfying me. I was weighing myself everyday driving myself crazy but I decided to stop that. The last time I checked I lost ten pounds since pre-op. Thanks for checking on me! How are you??
