Hello hope everyone is doing great with thier weight loss...i'm doing great with my weight loss...but not to happy with losing hair... can anyone tell me if they are going through the same thing and have they done to avoid from losing it...i heard that zinc and selenium helps with hair loss and also helps keep it healthier...please help...open for any suggestions...thank you...

Ok i had gastric bypass on May 8th...i've been fine up until for the past few weeks i've been having pains in my stomach...so much to the point that if i try to eat or drink it hurts...it sounds like dumping but i've tryied metimucil, and i've also try milk of magnisia and nothing seems to work...has anyone had this problem???...please help open to any suggestions...

Hi everyone, is it jus me or is anyone going through it...i had my gastric bypass on 5/8/12 & lost 32 lbs...i'm taking all my vitamins & drinking my protien shakes & plenty of water wit no problems, but for some reason i can be hungry & wen i get ready to eat i jus don't feel like eating...sometimes i only eat once a day wen i know i need to eat more...does anyone have any ideas on soft food....

Ok day 2 of my surgery still in the hospital, but doing great...i go home to at 7pm. & i guess now is wen my journey starts...but can't wait to see results...

Ok got some good news...my h-pylori test came back negative & my doctor resubitted my new schedule date to my insurance...so hopefuly everything would work out & get approve...fingers cross for May 8....i am so ready to get this over with...
