    I am SLEEVED!!!! I haven't posted anything since my surgery. It wasn't as bad as I had imagined.
    So far, so good! I am officially in stage 3 of the "food" level. That simply means chew chew chew at least 20 times for each tiny bite of food (can you say that makes your mouth tired). LOL!
    Thank you everyone for your wishes and sincere caring messages. That has helped me get through.
    My favorite drink for protein now is ISOPURE. I can not stand the crap "Body Fortress" Whey protein bull crap that Wal Mart has. The smell of it turns my stomach anymore. No way can you mix it with anything to make it tolerable. That crap gotta go!

My time is nearing for the submission to UHC

I am so ready for this to become a reality. I have hit road blocks and stumbled. I had to see a dietician for 6 months of weight loss tracking and monitoring, had to see a shrink (and he ordered a "sleep study"), I had my preliminary tests - EKG, Chest XRay, Blood work up. Well the EKG came back with abnormalities - so a visit to the Cardiologist, and another EKG later, it is still showing abnormalities - so he thinks it is so slight - that all he needs to confirm I am ok for the surgery
