I received your message regarding the arm lift and MMO. Depending on how extensive your breast augmentation and lift and your tummy tuck is (if you need a circular belt lipectomy or standard tt), Dr Niebles may not do the arms at the same time. Normally with a large amount of weight lost, the circular belt lipectomy is indicated and a more extensive breast augmentation/lift/reconstruction is requried. The best thing to do is find a local plastic surgeon who will give ou a FREE consultation just to get an idea of what is indicated in your case. Also, you would need to send pictures when you are at your goal weight so Dr Niebles can do an assessment/evaluation to determine what he feels is necessary. At THIS time, a MMO is anywhere from $7000-8000 depending on the extent of skin removal that is required.
