thank you for your message and yes if i can give you any advice it will be to come on here alot as you do get some piece of mind that its not just you .
i had hunger pains and thought i wasnt supposed to it felt sort of and empty feeling combined with a bit of wind which was strange because i didnt have them feelings before so that was new and it is because on a liquid diet it goes stright through the stomack i dunno how it works fully but i guess that is what happening . when i went onto pureed food i had alot of ready meals weight watchers like cottage pie but i found that i could eat dry food as well even had egg on toast once so as we are all differnt take your time and try things bit by bit i found i had/have megga problems with acid at night it would wake me up so make sure you take your ant acid ok now i can eat what i like which i was doing like spag bol with pasta not alot but i could eat it and found i wasnt losein g as much weight after being on here ive found that CARBS are a no no get your protien down you as much as you can that helps i am on FB if you want to add me and we could chat live ok
