I am doing great, down a total of 63 pounds since surgery. Got a clean bill of health from the doctor ( officially no more diabetes), we are just waiting on the Cholosteral to level out.

How is it going with you? Are you still having issues with dizziness? I hope you got all that figured out.

I still think this is the best decision, I have never regretted it once.

BTW - I am now in size pants, and it feels great!

Hi Kelly,
Everything is just moving along as planned. The gas pain has backed off but this morning my blood pressure dropped really low and I was feeling tired. I hadn't taken my bp meds so I called my cardio doc to tell them about it and they told me to inform the surgeon because it is usually a sign of bleeding. I had to leave a message with the surgeon's office but continued to take pressures. At first it dropped even lower 82/60, but then about an hour after the last reading it went back to normal. Really strange but happy nonetheless. I still haven't taken my bp meds and will skip today's dose unless the readings indicate otherwise.

Hi, I was on the site where we are all talking about going on a cruise and noticed you had your surgery in January and our starting weights are exactly the same. I will have mine next Thursday the 31st. I am hoping perhaps I might be able to communicate with you from time to time as I go thru this journey and perhaps learn from you as well. I have requested you become my friend and hope you will accept

You are so sweet, I am doing well. Continuing to lose weight, it is a lot slower than it once was and the stalls are lasting longer. I go to my PCP this week to get the bloodwork done, so I hope that is all ok.

What did your Doctor say about your vitamin levels? Has the dizziness gone away? I hope you are doing well!!

Hi Kelly! Sorry I am so slow to respond. I work twice a year for a consignment sale and March was my month! I am hanging in there. I've had more roadblocks thrown up than I can count since the surgery! Kidney stones, sprained ankles...you name it! How are you doing? Your profile pic is gorgeous!

WOW congrats on the 12, that is awesome! I am not quite there yet. I tried the fitnesspal but it wouldn't let me adjust the quantities of the food. I'm sure it was something I did wrong, but I am going to try it again.

Concerned about your dizziness, let me know what the dr says. I have only had a couple of episodes but that was early on, so I haven't been worried about that for me. But curious as to my vitamin levels and what would happen if I didn't get them in.

I am a Control Manager for Frito Lay ( I know right???) In my work I travel all over Texas & Oklahoma so I am planning to be back on the road after my dr visit on the 21. But I should be okay. I have fruit drinks that I add to my water that give me 15 gms of protein each and I try to get 4 in per day YEA!!! 80 oz of liquid and 60 gms of protein there. I wan tot get where my protein is mostly from my meals, I am just not there yet.

I am also on a stall, which is crazy. I will go 2 weeks losing a lb a day then BOOM it just stops. Last one lasted 1 week, this one has been since Sunday so we will see how long it really lasts.

I am doing good, I went back to work yesterday and that has been a little challanging but I have a couple of weeks until I have to begin traveling again. That will be interesting.

Sometimes it is scary how easy this has been (after the initial pain) but I am drinking and eating just about everything I want. It is just hard because after a couple of bites, I lose interest or get full.

I am in another stall, so I have only lost 25 lbs since surgery.

What about you? Are you adjusting to the new eating? any issues that you have encountered? This is truly the strangest this I have ever done and I love it!

Awww, thank you SO much!! I absolutely love wearing boots now! Wore them all winter. Not only do I have legs skinny enough to wear them now, but they keep my feet warm. And ever since surgery my feet and usually the rest of me stay COLD all the time!!

thank you its from a year ago the babys are 1 now and they are daddys babys cant do anything without them all over me

I have had to go back to eating more of cream soups instead of eggs and things because it was not going down very well but if you have been handling things and now can't I would not let it go to long without seeing a doctor. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I am doing good I had to stay in the hospital for an extra night because l could not keep anything down,but now I am at home I have not needed any pain medicine getting my liquids in and I am up walking around the house every couple of hours so I would say iam doing good. How about you?
