Why Sugar Free??

by lynnie on 10-30-2011 at 10:22 AM
Hi-
I have a question, if I was not a diabetic prior to my sleeve (4 days ago) why do I have to eat everything sugar-free? I hate the taste so I am more likely just to skip it. Is there anything wrong with regular popsicles-does it affect the healing process? I'm thinking that they are just trying to decrease the caloric intake by going sugar free.
Any answers will help.
