I'm doing good. Incisions came out yesterday and look good. I was having this bad pain in my chest/throat but started taking Zantac and it's helped alot. Still on full liquids want to move up to something else but sorta scared. After about 3 bites I start having discomfort....Anyway I've lost 23lbs so far!!!! How are you doing?

My doctor called me in a prescription for a liquid antibiotic.....NO MORE CIPRO for me!!!! see if you can do the same. I'm sticking to the full liquid til Friday and then I fiqure I'll try a protein shake and yogart! I'm feeling pretty good too. I've spoke to Micha that was in the room with you and Shawanee and they are both doing well too! Shawanee is just experiencing a little nausea. Micha was trying to go back to work tomorrow but I think she's decided to wait til Monday which I think is great! I am so glad we did this and I said lets all try to do a get together in 6 months or so!!!! Love to ya! Kelley ....oh yeah weighed this morning and now it's 14.5lbs! I know it will slow when I start eating more solids but I'll take it for now. I'm telling you I've not lost over 8 lbs in the past 5 years on every diet you can imagine so this is terrific.

wow you lost 13lbs good for you!!! i lost 6lbs- soo happy- i was thinking the same thing about liquids - one paper says 2 weeks one says 1 week
i agree about the food- all i keep thinkng of is food- im not hungry i just miss it -i guess.
i have had broth, jello, and popsicles
other than that i feel fantastic- i read somewhere a lady was 5 days post op and felt horrible still wow
