Hi Carolyn I sent you 2 letters this morning but don't know if they reached you or not I work for a computer software company but I am so slow when it comes to doing anything. I just noticed this part so didn't know about this message. By the way girl you look fabulous for 49 by your picture I would have maybe guessed 35. Woo hoo!! Let me know if you find my 2 other notes of blubbering ok.

Hi Denise, I just found your letter here, I wrote you just an hour or so ago! I hope we can be a help to each other and finally succeed in keeping our weight off. I intend to eat clean, good, nutritious food to give my body the protein and energy it needs, and to exercise at least 3x a week. 20 years ago (age 29) I weighed 150 after doing Jenny Craig. I think Jenny Craig is a horrible program. I looked amazing at 150 lbs, but they kept telling me my "ideal" weight was 128. I just felt like a failure and of course gained my 30 lbs back plus another 5. I have yoyo'ed myself up to 260 ever since. Last year I lost 25 lbs but failed to keep it off because I like to eat too much. I am hoping being "forced" to not eat will be a good thing, because I don't have the will power to just diet. Can't wait to meet you in 11 days!!!
