High Protein meal for newbies

Hi Everyone. I am 4 weeks and 2 days post op. I think we can all agree that getting in our daily protein requirements is really tough at this point. I am sick of shakes and the protein shots that I just spent $40 on are absolutely intolerable!!
I don't do well with most meat at this point, except fish. Tuna is about the only meat I can eat enough of to actually benefit from the protein. Here is a good, high protein meal if you like Tuna.

Anyone else have surgery with Dr. Almanza in Oct?
