Whoo Hoo! 4 weeks post surgery on Monday & I'm down 30lbs! Lovin It!

@ JAMO, thank you. I go back to work monday, I only took a week off. but I feel great.

oh yeah, I also walked 1/2 a mile yesterday, took me forever to walk it, but i did it in slow baby steps

thank you all, i am trying to get these fluids in, lord knows i am not even getting a hundred calories all day, chicken broth and jello and water, gatorade also due to my having diarrhea because of being on the antibiotic. lost 10 lbs so thats good, i guess, even though I know its all water weight

Just take it slow. As you know from reading the site many people have a hard time getting the fluids in. Each day is better then the last !!!!

Good Luck KOKO, Firstfew weeks is a little rough. Beleive me it gets better. I went back to wk on the 6th day.
