The time does seem to tick by very very slowly i have to admit!!!
I have been losing still - albeit slower, but when my colleague tested, its because i have been dehydrated - so upped my water and immediately i am moving down now.. Im 1 lb off of 2 stone, i havent had anything naughty as such, been totally super strict - much to my downfall in some ways as you get more annoyed with self when ya stop losing!! lol I just wanna get through these beginning stages and begin to live normal again, albeit eating far less.. i will always live by the protein rules and very low carbs now but i need more variety - and saturday cant come quick enough, im gonna have poached egg for breakfast... Also been very very tired hun - the kinesiologist told me it was due to the lack of water - i was sooo dehydrated i had no energy at all!

Hey lovely = how you doing?? xx 3 weeks 1 day today... I still am not back to my normal self energy wise, and at the end of the day i am still exhausted.. decided to not work next week after going back this week and feeling it!! - Had ops before, but plastic surgery, made the mistake in thinking recovery would be the same, and it just so isnt!! - well not for me anyhow.. - Hows things your end?? u back to your pre surgery vitality? xx

Not too bad. I didn't bounce back quite as quickly as my doctor predicted, but since he thought I'd be up and exercising the day after surgery I kind of expected that. Thanks for asking!
