I finally got a firm definite date after 3 years of waiting, being spoken to like an idiot, taken off the NHS list "by accident " messed around and disheartened a lovely lady at Leicester royal infirmary called leah reprimanded the snooty madam who thinks she better than me and I wasn't important enough to warrant surgery (even though she's only a bookings clerk ) and got me an appointment for next month, leah managed to restore some faith in the NHS
