I had my follow up with Brittney today. I have been to two support groups so far. I went to one last week which was done by Ann the nurse. It was really geared more toward 6 weekers, but it got things from it. Yesterday I went to the one that is the second Wednesday of every month. The dietitian spoke about how to get your proteins, and then the clinical psychologist talked about how we can overcome social, psychological, behavioral and biological roadblocks. There must have been over 50 people at that one. I won't be able to make the one next month. Take care ~ Lani
