Finally the dreaded hair loss. This is something I've been checking since day one after the surgery =) lol ... it's that scary thing we hear and read about and then just wait for it ... yes, I was checking every day
I knew it was a just a matter of time so there was no big surprise but it was still scary to see ... I'm sure like other people out there, I read other people's experience and tried to get ready with biotin, shampoos, hair care, extra biotin, protein and more protein more

I don't have a problem keeping up with my vitamins because I have been able to make it a part of a routine but sometimes it bums me out. I will complain out loud to my husband and he replies ... The first two weeks seemed to drag but I think that's because I was paying attention to everything I ate and second guessing my decision to get sleeved.
This last week I have been able to get into a pretty good routine which has helped a lot more. Sometimes I forget I'm sleeved but I'm reminded pretty quickly that I can't eat like before. Such a crazy feeling to feel full after a few bites.
I'm still struggling with not eating and drinking at the same time. You

I only took a week off from work and was scared I would not be able to go back after just a week but I was more than ready. I think all the walking really helped. I have continued to walk 30 minutes every morning on the treadmill since I've been home. I received a call from the Dr.'s office and she confirmed that I'm fine since I'm not running. At this point it was just about releasing gas and NOT for weight loss purposes. I just hated that bloating feeling from the hospital. The Dr. was actually
