    buy a blendtec blender from amazon. Get the smaller jar also

    2 cups of protein powder (any flavor). 3 tablespoons of sugar substitute, stevia, or splenda. 1/4 cup of nonfat powdered milk. 1 tablespoon of vanilla. 1/4 cup skim milk. Add 2-3 tablespoons of fat free, low sugar greek yougurt . 2nd lowest setting for 1 minute on blendtec. add 1 cup of ice. Select icecream setting. let it cycle. I haven't mastered it from overflowing completely, have to experiment to keep this from happening lol... Will make delicious super concentrated protein icecream. If too thin, add ice. Too thick add milk. You'll get it down. Super delicious drink and all your protein! Do this twice a day and you'll think your cheating!!!! LOL!

So my mother came for a visit yesterday and I asked do you think I lost weight, and she said yes but it's hard to tell with those baggy pants and shirts. Well it hit me no wonder no one can tell I've lost weight. ( just last week someone I see about once a month asked oh have you lost any weight since the surgery?
