Merry Christmas and Happy New Years Melissa. Hope your sleeve is treating you well . I have had to go back to liquids. My stomach is very slow to heal and I throw up everything that isn't liquid. It is fine though. I was getting tired or being such and sore. I just need a little more time. Take care, Shirley

Hi Sleeve buddy. Just wondering how you did. Going on 3 weeks for us now. Hope everything went fine with your op. Been busy myself trying to adjust to life with the sleeve, but I am loving it immensely.

I am a little more north of Columbia, sc. I am form Dillon, sc. Small town about 65 miles from myrtle beach. Most people have near hear of it. I will be in Columbia on the 14 of December and again January 17 for a check up . I am 2 hours and 20 mins away from Columbia . I see your surgery is this week, don't be nerves you will be fine Dr. Hughes is great I love him , you will too. Relax and get ready for a new healthier life. Check in as soon as you can after surgery.

Hi Melissa. Don't worry about getting back quick enough. I love this site. I have learned so much and enjoy talking to you when you can or when you have time. 14 more days till " sleeve day". I remember feeling like it could not be true. This couldn't be happening to me . Something will happen and I won't be sleeved or it is just a big wonderful dream and I will wake up and nothing will happen. Now that i am 30 lbs. down I am so happy and my blood pressure is normal for the first time in years . I still worry that the weight will stop coming off, but so far all is great and I know you will be just as pleased. It is like a fantastic dream even though I have gone through 2 stalls. I realize our body has to adjust and the weight has to come off. Patience is a virtue and this journey is the best thing you will ever do for yourself. Talk to you soon, Shirley
