    So I am frustrated as I stepped on the scale and it said I gain a pound and a half. I don't feel like I have had to many calories but I did increase my fluid intake. Ugh

    So excited I'm down 18 pounds. Some days I feel like I'm at a stall but remember I am taking in maybe 500 cal and eventually the weight has to continue to drop. Keeping my eyes on the big picture

    So in 3 days post op. I'm having problems getting all the liquid in. Does anyone have problems with this? When does the pain stop? Some say you can have sugar free pudding on Day 3 is that true?

    Dr. Uchal was fabulous. Which hospital are you having surgery at? Take some extra pillows. I got comfortable in the hospital bed by having pillows piled up in front of and behind me. The gas is going to suck but it does go away and it does get better. Good luck to you!!

Well in less than 24 hours my life will change. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I just pray I am strong enough with the new way of eating.
