I planned for the Wed so I can start my liquids the day after Labor Day. And my sister and I are booked on the same day. I'm getting very excited and I am confident that this will be the first step in a glorious life change.
How are you doing so far? I have been "practicing" my vitamins and protein shakes. I am also using small plates for my main meals to cut back the portions. I have a little help from the Bariatrist with a Rx for hunger.
I'm a mom too. 3 kids. And I too have been battling my whole life! I'm ready!! Thx for the message!
