I'm feeling prepared but nervous and today, a little nauseous. Don't know if it's nerves or what, but just don't feel good. I have to work tomorrow but will leave early to start the fun citrate stuff

Hi Jeni, Thanks for your support. I'm doing pretty well actually and considering my operation was only a week ago. No nausea yet.... Had a lot of trapped wind in my chest where they inserted the liver retractor. I must say though 7 days on from surgery and I'm feeling pretty good. I am keeping liquids down well and everyday I feel an improvement. I am looking forward to trying pureed foods next week. I think the next 2-3 months are going to be a bit of trial and error until you find your routine. I have already lost 17KG since I started the pre op and 6 of those have been since the surgery. Onwards and upwards! New life here I come
