Yes exact same weight! You can do this, and despite all the difficulties it can be done. Remember to be kind to yourself and exercise as well as watching your food. I have just come down off my first HUGE stall I think I was at 292 FOREVER!!! lol in reality about a month or so. Now going down again after refocusing on my protein and water intake As of yesterday 277 woot woot Thank you for the message it is nice to know that we are not going through all this alone!!!

Thanks for the welcome. I'm not sure what the requirements are for the surgery since I went through the military hospital and they have different requirements but hang in there because the results are worth it all.

Thanks for the information. My Dr was really good at telling my that my height and bone structure could be heavier than what the average would be. He said the. Main concern would to be under 200 lbs which is still overweight but in a safer range than where I am now. I am hoping for 175.

it does work the same for us as well I did not lose any hair, my hair stayed. you also have to remember that coming in you make feel you have all this weight to lose but in actuality you don't have much to lose as you think. when you do start comparing your weight loss try to compare yourself with other AA's due to weight loss is extremely different.
