past dr goal for me in less than 5mth

I am currently at 189 pounds. Dr wanted.me at 193lbs by end of.journey but i passed d headed to 140lbs. Feel great ! Follow me on instagramrvisg and on KIK

Gastricsleeve is definitely not the easy way but i feel so happy to be half way to my goal weight in 3months. I wish everyone best on there journey: )
Ive had my period for 3+weeks and im less then 2mths post op! Is this normal???

I know my body going through changes. I had my period last 2 weeks after surgery last month but then it came back two wks later and I've had it for 3+ weeks. Its so bad. Has anyone had this happen?
5th week and starting to slow down.

I lost 29 lbs in 30 days now its been extra week and only lost 3 lbs. Eating hasn't changed. I try so hard to get protein in but I feel like 50-60 grams is about all I seem to get in. I walk daily. I feel smaller but I have a long way to go. Can't wait till next year. To see what a difference. Never give up!!!
